No. BAYOMA is a factory, not a shop. We sell wholesale only — in batches, to stores, dealers and organisations. If you need a single unit for yourself, call us and we'll point you to the nearest shop that stocks our appliances.

Across Tashkent and the region we deliver to your warehouse on our own transport; other regions take 2–4 working days. You're also welcome to collect from the plant — we handle the loading.
Manufacturing defects are replaced under warranty without question. Terms for unsold stock are agreed separately in the contract — with some partners we allow an exchange for another model.
Yes, in our own warehouse. Genuine parts are stocked for 7 years after a model is discontinued — rare for imported appliances.
